Actually, you should exercise during winter, because then, exercises are even more important. Running on the nice winter day, will have more benefits that running during the summer! The explanation is simple. During the summer you are having some sort of physical activity, and during the winter, you spend your free time lying and eating!

Our body uses fat to transfer it into energy, which is then burned by cells and transferred into heat. The more time you spend outside, the more calories you will burn! And if we add some activity during that period, like workout, you will burn even more fat.

During the summer you can be in contact with million germs, especially during the flu season, but during the winter, you wouldn’t have that problem.

The most important benefit of a cold weather workout is vitamin D. Only 10-15 minutes of exercising outside will satisfy your daily need for this vitamin. And because your body is working hard to stay warm, it will increase endorphins, which will affect on your mood, so you will be happier.
