Maintaining the personal hygiene habits can spell the difference between healthy and unhealthy living. Although personal hygiene is important for adults too, it is all the more crucial for the kids. Brush at least twice a day. Also, make sure that tooth brushing is the first activity of the day. It has been observed that many people prefer taking tea, coffee, and even breakfast before brushing. However, during the night sleep, the germs get accumulated in your mouth and they need to be gotten rid of before you eat anything. You don’t really want to swallow all the harmful germs with the food. You should also brush in the night before sleeping. Make sure that once you have brushed you do not eat anything after that.

Wash your hands many times during the day. Especially before the meal, make sure that you have washed your hand properly with the soap. You may not be able to carry the soap all the time with you. In that case, you can keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Wash your hands at least 6 to 7 times during the day.

Of course, bathing is also extremely important. If you are heading out to work, don’t forget to take the shower. Also, after coming back, a good shower will wash away all the impurities from the body and also relieve you from the physical stress. After bathing you feel more energetic and lively.
