Double chin is definitely something that ruins everyone's face, and even people who have no problem with their weight, have a double chin.
Sometimes when we lose the weight, it still stays on our face and makes us less attractive. There are some exercises that will remove it, but you need to be very persistent.
What you need to do is similar to yawning, open your mouth, and hold them in that position for few seconds, then try to cover with your lower lip, your upper teeth.
This exercise will strengthen your neck muscles, so in order to lose your double chin, do this every day, five to ten times a day.
The second example is to tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Pucker up your lips, like you are trying to kiss the ceiling.
Hold your lips in that position for approximately five seconds, and repeat it ten times a day, like the exercise above.
Now, in this one, you should take a deep breath, and then tilt your head to the side, to make your chin touches your shoulders.
After you did this, you should exhale, and then lower your head to your chest. Like for the previous ones, you should also repeat this exercise, every day, ten times a day.
This exercise may sound strange, but it actually works. With the upper side of your palm, slowly hit your double chin, then repeat this, just remember that the intensity of your hit should now be a little bit faster.
Do this for few minutes, two or three times a day.
